Hello, Just received email from CET: "Comp rooms are one of the many great benefits of Total Rewards® membership. If you are offered and reserve a comp room, please be sure to cancel it if your plans change. Effective July 1, a $50 (plus tax where required) charge will be assessed to comp rooms that go unused which are not cancelled by 6pm on the day of arrival. Cancellation policies for paid hotel reservations are not changing." Do you think this includes booking for six nights but only using five? Or just applies to abandoned reservations? Please Help.
