Hello, We have a group discount we can use with them, and I do use it often to save money, but to find a clean hotel with good service is getting harder and harder in this group. I had a guy at the front desk of one of these hotels that we have stayed at several times tell me that they've had some changes, and the people at the hotel can no longer tell you how many points it takes for a free night. Really??? He sounded so frustrated. He was also frustrated that they have moved most of their call centers out of the country. To get someone who speaks clear English is a challenge. I am thinking the whole "earn a free night" thing might be not even be worth it. During certain times of year, if you stay two nights, you can get a "free night". The problem is that they give you a minimum number of points for that free night, and as far as I can tell, the only hotels that you can stay free at for those points are dumps or are in very small towns. Has anyone else had this experience or am I the only one who has noticed? I'm seriously considering taking my business to Marriott or somewhere with corporate control so that someone MAKES the hotel owner keep the hotel clean and properly furnished. please help Thanks ! I didn't find the right solution from the internet. References: www.tripadvisor.in/ShowTopic-g30196-i229-k5543453-F1_hotel_problems-Austin_Texas.htmlmedical animated video
