What did pay for activities in Bali by street booth/vendor

I am interested to know what other people paid for activities like elephant riding, white water rafting, dinner cruise, snorkeling, etc in Bali by the street booths, street vendors and tourism booths so that I have a general idea for when my partner and I go.
