Hello, I spoke with the owner who stated that everyone there is new at this kind of business... he couldn't stay in business if he honored such requests... and all he can do is ask his employees to make sure they stay at the counter. The owner is a very serious collector of one particular item and half of the market is packed with his items. His employees spend most of their time organizing and logging his collection far away from the counter and front door. Most of the times I arrive there are no employees in sight. Is a flea market owner generally liable for theft of their vendor's property? Every employee admits those particular items were in my booth and my agreement mentions nothing about handling theft or loss. I really don't want to ruin a good thing here or be considered a chronic complainer by the owner... but I absolutely hate thieves with a passion and their overall business model is somewhat "lax" to say the least. thanks more details: Digital Advertising Examples
