Hello, I have booked the flight from Australia for my wife and little daughter and been trying to reserve seats on their website since past 2 weeks. Till date, I haven't experienced a worse website. It just keep on taking you in loop and you end up on the same spot where you started after inputting a lot of , just keep on taking you back to the login page where you need a chnese id or a Pearly reward details, which again you can't register to because you a need chinese id. I just want to make a simple seat reservation and kids meal selection, which can be done on a different page, again that would only allow me to make selection for only 1 leg of journey, the rest of legs ends up in 404 error page. The only number you can call is in China, which I did and now they want me to send copies of passport before they could do anything, after receiving the passport copies, they send back a mail written in chinese and you'll have to do a language conversion through google, which again tells you to call customer support. I wish I would have not booked through China Southern and paid a couple of hundreds more, just getting nervous about the travel experience for my wife and the little one. thanks more details: SaaS Product Marketing Examples
